Mesa Garden Group Order

Paul will be putting in a group plant order with Mesa Garden nursery at the end of this week. If you want to take part and get plants for yourself in this order you must go to www.mesagarden.com, read their ordering instructions http://www.mesagarden.com/#ordering, look through their plant catalog (it is text only), put together your order list and send it to Paul at Pcarlberg@yahoo.com with the week.  Please send your specific personal order, not a general list of what you want the club to order like "Haworthias, Euphorbias, and Aloes".  A specific order should be in this format:

Plant Order:

47.05-asterias L1016 Gonzales, Tam, in flat dry clay pans $6.00
49-capricorne /17/ curly papery spines, red center in fl. $4.00 x 2 = $8.00
1886.6-arabicum shorter, thicker caudex $6.00
1888.1-aurea Ligui, BCS, small rosettes, arching leaves $3.00 x 3 = $9.00
1888.26-bracteosa /16/ curly pale green leaves $4.00
2963-buchholzianus SB1546 Uitspanpoort, black stem, red new growth $6.00
2964-decipiens rose pink flowers, fat green leaves $4.50

Please organize the list as specified in the ordering instructions on the Mesa Garden Ordering page.  Please also understand that some items may be out of stock so you may not get everything you order.  Due to this issue you do not need to pay Paul until your plants arrive and you pick them up, hopefully at the April Meeting.  If you can not make it to the April meeting then you need to make arrangements to get your plants as Paul can not keep and grow them for you until the next meeting.

First CSSM YouTube video posted, more to come!!!

The CSSM has a Yout Tube channel as part of our Google account.  We added the first video this past Friday night.  It is a brief clip of Devan potting up CSSM raffle and auction plants using her special soil mix.

In the future we plan to video record our monthly meeting educational programs and post them on YouTube. This will make them easily available to members who missed the meeting and for prospective members to really get a feel of the club.  We will attempt to post a video of the March 2011 meeting program this week and will update this post when that happens.

Check out our YouTube account by clicking on the link in the side bar.  >
