Program - Paul and Lau discuss Spring plant care.
Our very own Paul and Lau will be discussing Spring cactus and succulent plant care, particularly how to transition your plants outside for the Summer. It's that tricky time of year dealing with cold overnight temperatures and rainfall, so don't miss this month's talk if you are planning on giving your collection a vacation outside for the Summer.
We will be having usual lunch and social
gathering, as well as our plant show, raffle and auction. We
now have ribbons for the winners of
the show, so bring your plants in! It's a fun and educational
experience for everyone.

April Meeting
CSSM Meeting - April 20, 2013
Tower Hill Botanic Garden
1-4 PM
Program - Melissa Pace's plants.
Melissa Pace is a club member and incredible grower. She hosted her own bay window at the Boston Flower Show. She will be talking about her own collection and how she catalogs it as well as how she prepares plants for showing. She is going to bring along some of her beauties to share as well.
We will be having usual lunch and social gathering, as well as a plant show as well as a raffle and auction. We now have ribbons for the winners of the show, so bring your plants in! It's a fun and educational experience for everyone.

Program - "Bromeliads & Tillandsias" presented by Dave Burdick.
Dave Burdick will give an in-depth presentation on his Tillandias, Dyckias, and Bromeliads this upcoming meeting. He will be discussing the more succulent-like forms of these plants and will be bringing plants to sell as well. Don't miss it!

Program - Paul Carlberg's complete Haworthia collection.
Paul has an extensive collection of Haworthias, including 1 of each known species. Come and join us for his presentation on growing and showing off these wonderful plants.
The usual lunch will be served as well as a social gathering, raffle, and auction. A plant show will allow members and guests to display their plants in a small friendly competition which is educational and fun. Bring your plants to be judged or to simply show off what you are proud of growing.

Maria has traveled widely in search of different types of plants. This presentation will contain her experiences, many photos of plants she has encountered, and a host of information from her expeditions.
The usual lunch will be served as well as the social gathering, raffle, and auction. A plant show will allow members and guests to display their plants in a small friendly competition which is educational and fun.
